Privacy Policy

Smoke Club ("we", "us") runs smokeclubfl.com. This page explains what the website collects and what it does not.

What this website collects

• Nothing you type. The website has no forms, accounts or sign-ups.
• Your answer to the age question is kept in your own browser so you are not asked twice. It is not sent to us.
• Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard, anonymous traffic statistics such as page views and the country a visit came from. It does not use cookies for this and does not identify you.

Ordering

Online orders are placed through Quickvee, our point-of-sale and online ordering partner, which appears on the Order page. When you order, Quickvee collects the details needed to complete, verify and deliver the order (name, phone, email, delivery address, date of birth and payment). Quickvee's own privacy policy applies to that information. We receive the order details so we can fill it.

Age restriction

You must be 21 or older to buy tobacco, nicotine, hemp and vape products in Florida. Age is verified at checkout and at delivery or pickup.

Links to other sites

Links to Google Maps, Quickvee and other services lead to sites with their own privacy policies.
